Xixi Studio was founded by women — bringing a more intuitive, sensitive and intentional way of shaping space.
We started in Tulum, one of the most competitive rental markets, where design directly impacts performance.
In a place driven by short and long-term rentals, we learned fast — what works, what lasts, and what makes a space stand out.
Today, that experience defines our approach.

We don’t design for aesthetics alone. Every space is created to attract, function and endure — balancing visual identity with real use.
Tropical climate, high turnover, daily use. We select materials and solutions that resist time, humidity and wear — ensuring long-term performance.
We design and produce our own furniture. This allows us to control quality, optimize costs and create pieces that fit each space precisely.
